Very Good

Great staff service, the place is clean and quiet. The room is big. The breakfast is OK though we were expecting some sushi so much as it was stated Japanese and international cuisines will be served for breakfast.

The Onsen time is too short, only 1 hour from 5pm-6pm for females and 6-7pm for males, would be happy if provided an extra pillow without any charge (provided only 2 pillows in the room); would be better if there's a rug/carpet in the living room as the tiles were really cold. The facilities/furnitures are a bit run-down. No chef at night so limited food we can order in the restaurant at the ground floor.

Best of value! We like it a lot.

Almost everything. The room was spacious. Staff was very friendly, especially, staff at breakfast. Japanese-Thai breakfast was also tasty. The location was great too in our case, closed to Sukhumvit and 9-kms road. 1 mins walk to Tops supermarket. All what we need was there. Onsen was awesome. Not crowded at all.

* Old built in furniture * Onsen opening time for lady was not great. It was too short hours.

Good hotel, with full facilities to spend several days, but best to have your own transport.

The hotel is clean, well-managed, with helpful staff. As a last-minute reservation, the rate was very good for this quality room, and including breakfast.

The neighborhood is ok, but certainly not very charming. It's convenient for going places right next to Sukhumvit avenue, but if you want to go the beach or anywhere else, you really need to have your own transport, or be willing to take a cab.

Everything was good but..

Everything was good if I has a chance next timr this was be in my choice.

The sound of the compressor is too much loud. I cant sleep ver well in the night. This was the mistake that will not bring me again next time.

Very impressive and love to stay here, also good breakfast.

The Staffs are very friendly and helpful, informative people. Try to give us the facilities information which is very good (Ofuro). It makes us feel comfortable and impressive.

Excellent Breakfast choices.

Excellent Breakfast choices. Good gym facilities and pool. Quiet clean rooms and friendly staff.

The Pork Neck in the restaurant for dinner seemed to be old and not fresh but we were refunded and not charged for it when we sent it back to the kitchen and the staff were apologetic. The steak advertised did not come with the vegetables on the menu (but the vegetables were there for breakfast in the morning). Shame they didn't have a separate onsen for women and men that could be used All the time rather than limited access for women.

pleasant and restfull

Restaurant and staff. Cleanliness. Attractive reception area. Quiteness. Security. Closeness to Tukcom complex and taxis etc. Parking facilities. An additional child under 3 accepted with no extra charge.

swimming pool shaded from sun most of day and cold for children to use 200B night charge for extra duvet/blanket. No free coffee or iron in room

Relaxing weekend away

The door was opened for us as soon as we arrived, we were given Lychee juice while checking in and escorted to the elevator. Our room was spacious and the bed was massive and comfortable. We called and asked for a few things to be sent to our room such as wine glasses and a bottle opener and they did so quickly. Staff were friendly, there is a shuttle van that runs every 30 minutes to Robinsons. The restaurant is nice and the breakfast buffet was good as well. Japanese spa and sauna was good as well but be aware that you must go in naked

There isn't really a very long window for the women to use the Japanese spa.
